FAQs
Do you sell bamboo bowls?
Yes, small ones: the Mini Round/Square Bamboo Dishes are 6cm, round or square, and their page gives the material as bamboo. They come in packs of 25 to 1,000, from £8.99 + VAT for 25. For bigger bowls, the round palm leaf bowls (7cm to 30cm) and the square palm leaf bowls (14cm) are areca palm leaf, as their pages say.
Are your disposable bowls eco-friendly?
It depends on the bowl. The round palm leaf bowls page lists them as compostable, the White Bagasse Mini Bowls page says fully compostable, and the square palm leaf bowls page says fully biodegradable. The Natural Coconut Bowls are sold as reusable, and their page recommends hand washing.
Can disposable bowls take hot soup or curry?
These two, going by their own pages. The round palm leaf bowls page lists hot foods up to 150°C and sauces and curries, and says they are microwave safe. The White Paper Soup Container page lists hot soup service.
